Korean BBQ Pork Ribs
Funky Pho’s very first Korean barbeque dish is a total hit. We marinate the pork ribs overnight in a classic Korean sauce with
spring onion, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil and then slow cook them for tree hours in a gingery broth to make it extra tender and to fall off the bone. Then grill it to add this irresistible zing only grilled meat can have. The other stuff on the plate is totally irresistible too: braised but still firm green beans in addictive saamjang sauce (traditional Korean soybean dressing) full with natural umami. We also add some pickled radishes and the national hit, kimchi (fermented napa cabbage) and a touch of roasted sesame seeds. Korean food as we love it.
