What’s cookin’? Having returned from Berlin, our Korean food trip continues with Japchae, the very trendy stir fried sweet potato starch noodles.
The name can be a misleading though as only the vegetables and the meat are stir fried. The noodles are kept in their chewy, starchy consistency, the best fit to its crunchy company. If you’ve a craving for some meat, adding our prime cut stir fired sirloin is an option too. As no Korean food is complete without sesame oil, sesame seeds and co., these are added on the top of it all.
