Pork knuckles in caramel fishsauce

Imagine a broth which is full with Asian spices. Imagine that the knuckles are bathing in this broth for hours until they literally fall of the bones. In fact we debone them and form them into an appetizing shape. Then we grill them to order and finally give them a spicy caramel fish sauce dressing which is to die for. You find chili-bok choi salad on the side. Pork knuckle paprika? Beat it!
