Started it’s career with us as a weekly special and earned its permanent place on our menu board by popular vote. No wonder, as this coconut milk-rice flour crépe with turmeric will just blow you away. Crispy and tender at the same time and filled with grilled pork belly that is the most valued part of pork in Asia. When serving, the crépe is cut into robust stripes and comes with lettuce leaves, herbs, bean sprouts and Vietnamese table sauce on the side. Grab a lettuce leaf, slip a slice of crépe in it, throw in the herbs of your choice, wrap it up and dip. It teaches more about Asian culinary arts than the cheap Chinese buffet menus combined :)
