Might as well be called gyoza, jiaozi, momo or buuz. It’s prepared all over Asia with minor differences. We’ve picked the Korean version: thin, wheat dumplings with meat or veggie filling. First steamed then grilled so that it gets crispy and tender at the same time. Comes with a soy sauce-sesame seed oil-black rice vinegar dipping sauce on the side.
